JOB TITLE: Product Marketing Coordinator

SALARY: Competitive

LOCATION: Birmingham

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

You will be working alongside the Head of Sales and Marketing to ensure all planning,

Designing, producing and implementing company marketing activities and material, also raise

My clients brand profile, generate sales leads and achieve an agreed Return on Investment (ROI).

To support the creation and maintenance of my clients marketing communications material and to

project manage marketing communications campaigns, including online and offline activity to

support product launches and corporate initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding about marketing activities, and will enjoy working in a challenging SME environment.

You will report to the Head of Sales and Marketing and work alongside the Sales team and another Marketing Coordinator.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain strong communications with marketing and sales colleagues, customers and suppliers

  • Production of printed catalogues and brochures

  • Social media and e-marketing

  • Website content creation, optimisation, maintenance and analysis

  • Exhibition management

  • Work with creative agencies

  • Video production (in-house)

  • In-house design as required (e.g. case studies, flyers, web banners, stationery)

  • Always operate within agreed budget and corporate parameters

  • Maintain strict adherence to company‚Äôs Communications Charter

  • Ensure market research is a continually updated program

    QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES

  • Ability to be proactive and bring new ideas to the company

  • Strong project management skills

  • Well organised - able to prioritise, multi-task and work independently

  • Able to maintain a consistently high standard whilst working to tight deadlines

  • Able to work to business plans and operating budgets

  • Sound knowledge and experience of online and offline marketing communications on a commercial level

  • Strong IT capability, with good working ability in MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Mac) and strong Content Management System experience

  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills

  • A strong teamwork ethic - able to build and maintain internal and external working relations

  • A high level of integrity and confidentiality

  • A customer and results focused outlook

    Desirable:

  • B2B business process knowledge

  • 3 Years product managing experience within a technical background

  • A degree in a relevant subject

  • A professional qualification

  • Workflow business process experience

  • Sound knowledge of all marketing techniques
