Sytner Group have an exciting opportunity for a professional, polished and experienced HR Manager who is passionate about people and delivering excellence.

We are looking for a fantastic track record of achievement; you must be passionate and driven to maximise the potential of the business through its people. Ideally, you will have strong experience in a multi-site organisation, supported by a thorough understanding of employment law and people management processes. Strong communication skills are crucial within this role.

Reporting directly to the Divisional Managing Director and Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for providing HR support to multiple sites throughout the UK. You will also sit on the Divisional Management Board attending monthly meetings to agree on areas of focus and implementation plans. Key responsibilities of this role will include reducing staff turnover, improving team engagement, setting recruitment and selection standards and improving induction and performance management. You will be keen to promote personal development and will be a catalyst for change and innovation within the division.
