Customer Service Advisor
We are searching for customer service advisers in Derby. 40 hours per week. £9.14 per hour (inc holiday)
A well known and global organisation are seeking 3 experienced customer service advisers to join their team of 20, until January 2018.
Please read the following before applying:
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. (It is very rare weekends would be required, only in exceptional circumstances and will be on a voluntary basis)
Start date: ASAP
Shifts: (You will be given 6 weeks notice)
6am - 2pm
7am - 3pm
8am - 4pm
10am - 6pm
Day to day responsibilities:
-You will be working as a team in one of the largest customer service divisions in the UK for the business
-First point of contact to all customers, you will be logging internal issues and ensuring it is resolved within the required lead time.
-Full training and one to one support is provided within your first few weeks on the systems, their procedures and how to conduct a phone call.
-You will eventually receive up to 50 calls on a busy day, so someone with experience in call handling or prioritising is very important.
