Brief Outline:

We are a Contract Cleaning business with national coverage. We are looking to add to our successful Business Development team an experienced Business Development Manager to help grow our market share in the Midlands. This is a very autonomous role however you will receive full administrative and sales support from our office team in the North of England.

About the Client:

We are an established, respected provider of Contract Cleaning services to clients across the UK. Over the course of the past 5 years we have grown significantly from our regional roots in the North of England and now have a number of highly desirable national clients as part of our portfolio within the commercial and retail sectors. Due to our continued expansion and an internal promotion, we are looking to add an experienced Business Development Manager to our successful and settled team.

About the Role:

* The Business Development Manager for the Midlands will spearhead our growth in the region. We are not looking for someone who is going to knock down too many doors as there are a wealth of opportunities that we will provide you.
* What is essential is that you are a good closer.
* We have a number of key clients with offices in the Midlands which gives us a good Operational base from which to grow, what is missing is a commercially savvy and dynamic individual to lead the way.

About the Candidate:

* You will work closely with our Sales Director on strategy for business growth and over the course of the coming 5 years be a vital cog as our Operation in your area is anticipated to grow significantly.
* This role will suit someone with the commercial maturity to work with a large degree of autonomy, the line-manager is a very relaxed one and whilst he will provide whatever support necessary is hopeful that the successful candidate here will be able to run and manage their own diary and appointments.
* Prior experience of selling contract cleaning services is essential
