My client are a large housing association across the Midlands looking for an interim Neighbourhood Manager to join their housing team.
Your responsibilities will include;
-Ensuring properties and schemes meet the required standards for affordable housing
-Helping to drive customer involvement in service planning, delivery and review
-Responding promptly to customer complaints and being proactive in dealing with service failure.
-Manage a small team
Essential skills and requirements
-Proven housing management experience
-Experienced manager and team player
-Excellent knowledge of current housing law and government policy
-Good knowledge of safeguarding best practice
-Current DBS certificate
