A slick business based near Solihull is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to provide a first point of call service to all customers, verity vital details regarding registrations and process applications in line with the correct guidelines. Your role will be paramount in providing high levels of customer support, ensuring deadlines are met and that information is logged accurately and efficiently. If you would like to achieve your best and add value within a professional and leading business, this may be the role for you.

As a critically important role, it will be imperative to work well within a lively team environment whilst handling and resolving an issues relating to manual and electronic registrations and utilizing the range of systems and databases confidently. You will be tasked with managing a wide array of correspondence from telephone calls to emails, and the enquiries should be resolved using the highest level of customer support to really bolster the reputation of the business!

Ad hoc and administration projects may be required as and when needed, and those who can use their initiative and get stuck in when required would be successful in this position. Motivation, hard-work and efficiency are essential.
