Receptionist / Administrator Required!

£18,000 - £21,000

Bell Cornwall Recruitment has a FANTASTIC opportunity to join a professional organisation based in Birmingham as a Receptionist/Administrator. Our client is looking for an ambitious and motivated Receptionist/Administrator who is a confident communicator and capable of adapting to the varying needs of the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing a warm welcome to clients and offering refreshments
  • Ensuring front of house areas kept tidy and presentable at all times
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Arranging travel as required
  • Answering calls and transferring with accurate information
  • Placing up to date stationary orders
  • Typing letters and other correspondence
  • Attending networking events to build relationships with existing clients
  • Any other general ad hoc duties as required

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months proven experience in a similar role within a corporate/professional services environment with an excellent telephone manner. You will be organised, a quick learner, possess good IT skills and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
