At Wallis Lynch we have a new and exciting opportunity for a permanent Purchase Ledger Assistant based in Coventry. Our client is a well-established, nationally renowned company, with a friendly team ready to welcome you into their offices.
The main responsibilities of this role is as a purchase ledger assistant will be to ensure all invoices are appropriately authorised, posted and coded onto the system. You will be responsible for processing a high volume of purchase invoices so it is vital that you can work well under pressure. You will be supervised by a supportive Purchase Ledger Manager.
As the ideal candidate for the job you will have purchase ledger experience.
What’s in it for you? We’re offering you a salary of up to £19,500 per annum, You would be working for a lovely company with an excellent working atmosphere. 23 days annual leave (plus bank holiday), which increases to 25 after 2 years. Working hours Monday-Friday 8.30-16.30.
The crucial requirements for this job include confidence and experience in Purchase Ledger, excellent communication skills, and you should be driven and motivated to be the Purchase Ledger Assistant that the finance team have been longing for!
