Our client is an established business on the outskirts of Burton and they are presently looking to recruit a Process Leader reporting to the Production Section Manager. The successful candidate will lend support in managing production processes and staff in order to meet safety, quality, training, productivity and cost targets. General duties will entail:
Organising and motivating the team to reach full potential;
Training, development and completion of relevant documentation;
Achieving consistent quality, standards and specification of the product;
Ensuring KPI data is monitored, completed and reported as required;
Addressing any staff issues promptly.
The successful candidate will have experience of a fast moving process with the ability to form good working relationships with all staff and managers and have the ability to train others. You should have great communication skills and the ability to train others. If you have lean manufacturing experience that is desirable.
This is a full time permanent position working from Tuesday to Saturday with overtime available until Christmas.
