Adult Support Worker required for immediate start in Coventry, full and part time hours, residential support
Your new company
Hays are working with a national organisation who provide residential and supported accommodation for care leavers between the ages of 16 and 24.
Your new role
In your new role as a support worker you will be working full and part time hours with care leavers in supported accommodation. Your role will be to provide and encourage independence for the service users whilst maintaining their safety at all times. You will be required to write reports and follow care plans for the individuals and liaise with external agencies.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to have a level 3 qualification within Childhood and youth studies or an equivalent. You will also need to have previous experience working with either children or vulnerable adults within a residential setting.
