npower require a Business Analyst to join our Business Solutions team. This is a full time, permanent role to be based in our Solihull office.

Role description:
The Business Analyst will ensure the controlled development and deployment of change initiatives working with business project managers and appropriate stakeholders through the full project lifecycle. The role will make use of appropriate toolkits to identify and interpret business requirements and propose acceptable solutions or options to the business sponsor. Analysis of requirements to include business process design, impact assessment of all changes, design options and cost/benefits making recommendations to be considered for solution approval.

You will need to demonstrate / be:
Solid experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the Energy industry
Experience of project related problem solving within a complex business environment
Experience of successful involvement in the end to end project life cycle
Understanding of Agile or Waterfall methodologies
ISEB qualified is desirable but not essential
