Recruitment Consultant - Industrial/Commercial Temps - Dudley

The Package:
Salary depends on experience £22-£28K with realistic OTE £30-£45K

Desks are existing, bonus is immediate!!

Working hours 8.30am to 5.30pm

The Recruitment Brief:

Ideal candidates will have Recruitment experience and business-to-business sales experience and the desire to grow within the Recruitment environment.
Working alongside an experienced and tenacious recruitment team led by a proactive Branch Manager you will be charged with revenue growth and to enhance the effectiveness of the desk. Placing predominantly within the Industrial and skilled temp and perm market, responsible for conducting sales calls and client visits

Person Spec:

Applying candidates will have a healthy proactive approach to their working life and a real desire to achieve targets and to learn further about the recruitment industry.The role is to generate gross profit, ensuring that sales and profitability meets and exceeds personal and team targets. This will include but not be limited to:

Manage and Develop existing client relationships
Identify and develop new Client relationships
Identify and exploit new business opportunities within Client base
Fulfilment of Client Vacancies
Candidate selection
Interview arrangements
Managing rate negotiations and offers
Candidate Management
