We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Part time Project Administrator to join our client, a well-known educational institute.

Job Description: We are seeking a readily available Project Administrator to support on a part time contract assignment until June 2018. The Project Administrator will be a key role within the European Social Funding Team and will provide vital administrative support and assistance throughout the entirety of the project contract. The duties of the Project Administrator will include:

  • The tracking and monitoring of courses and their outcomes
  • Corresponding with companies to book staff on courses via telephone, emails and letter
  • Contacting companies and following through with bookings and sending out relevant confirmations
  • Check, record, copy, upload documentation as well as record any incomplete paperwork and follow up actions
  • Complete financial records
  • Booking of rooms, raising of purchase orders and completing bookings with educators
  • Attending meetings on site and off site with companies where training is taking place and taking ownership of paperwork completion
  • Setting up sessions, arranging paperwork packs and helping with enrolment paperwork to support tutors if required

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • DBS required
  • Ideally will have project administration experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • IT literate
  • Confident on the telephone and dealing with people face to face
  • Driving license would be advantageous as regular travel is required to attend company sites
