Business Development Executive motivated to succeed in a fast-paced and high quality B2B sales environment is sought by a rapidly growing Fintech organisation in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire. Over the last two years, the company has experienced unprecedented growth with their retail finance product offering appealing to all companies from SMEs to Tier 1 retailers.
The Business Development Executive will join their Business Development team and be responsible to developing an interest in their product - demonstrating their innovative software solutions to UK based retail partners remotely and on client visits. There are great progression opportunities available to move into a Business Development Manager Role and monthly bonus and incentive schemes on top of the competitive OTE.
The successful Business Development Executive should have:
Experience working in a B2B Sales environment - ideally within Technology / Finance
Knowledge of I.T and Technology or a strong interest in this area
Proven ability to hit targets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
The motivation to sell intelligently and develop their customer base
Ability to quickly pick up product information and inform customers
An understanding of Microsoft Office and basic level of computer literacy
