Rob Walker is currently recruiting for a QC Analyst to join a leading Pharma company based in East Yorkshire on a 3 month temporary fixed term contract working on a 4 on 4 off days shift pattern.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work for a globally recognised company that has made major breakthroughs in the Pharmaceutical and FMCG industry sectors and a great chance to enhance your skills in a cGMP environment. The company is responsible for the manufacture and distribution of some of the most recognised brands on the market.

The main duties of the Analyst will be to provide support to the analytical team and to undertake routine testing such as HPLC and GC techniques but mainly focusing on the HPLC side of things.

Other responsibilities of the Analayst will include:
- Finished product and raw material testing
- General house keeping and calibration of lab equipment
- General analytical techniques to include HPLC, GC, GC-MS and wet chemistry
- Carry out SOP's under strict cGMP guidelines

In order to be considered for this role you must have the following skills and experience:
- BSC or equivalent in a related science field
- Experience within a cGMP regulated environment
- A minimum of 2 years lab based experience
- Must have previous continuous experience with the following equipment and techniques: HPLC Agilent 1100 & 1200, Dionex, GC Agilent, HPLC Thermo, and Chameleon software
- Available to start work as soon as possible
