  • Reporting to the Customer Insight Manager, we are recruiting for the newly created role of Market Research Associate. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference within the organisation and to help the business deliver a step change approach to put the customer's view at the heart of business planning.
  • You will be responsible for helping to shape and transform customer engagement through principles of good customer research and data analysis of the resulting insights.

Job Requirements as Customer Research Executive include:

  • Assisting with delivering the Company's customer engagement strategy
  • Producing timely and insightful analysis and reports based on robust and balanced evidence of customers' priorities, needs and behaviours ensuring actions are tracked and feedback provided to key stakeholders
  • Writing and managing the distribution of surveys
  • Working with preferred research agencies to deliver project specific insights
  • Developing new research opportunities - e.g. developing on-line customer panel to gain insights, assembling a working panel of young people
  • Looking at better ways to bring all the insights the business collects on a daily basis together to identify trends and patterns that can help drive business improvements
  • Building excellent relationships with key stakeholder, both internal and external.

Market Research Associate

Candidate's Profile: you must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • knowledge and/or experience of using market research techniques is preferable
  • Good interpersonal skills, with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Good analytical and numerical skills
  • IT literacy - knowledge of statistical software preferable
  • accuracy and attention to detail
  • the ability to use initiative
  • excellent organisational skills
  • flexibility and drive.
