A UK Wide corporate organisation with around 400 locations. The organisation are a brand name business within their sector, with an outstanding reputation and exciting expansion plans. Their is currently an opportunity for a Senior Estates Manager to lead and develop a large portfolio and estates team.
Your new role
Reporting in to the Global Property Director, you will oversee management of around 400 operational properties across the UK. Leading a team of surveyors you will have responsibility for directing and controlling all estates management. Including property projects surrounding capital and revenue investment and the strategy around this. You will manage premises budgets, reduce operational costs, manage business rates, health and safety, landlord and tenant, lease and rent renewals and regears.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a chartered surveyor with a history of delivery in a property management environment. The client is open to candidates from consultancy or client side organisations. Ideally you will have experience of leading a team.
