Accommodation Operations Manager
With a focus on the 5 star accommodation across multiple sites, you will have responsibly for the day to day operation of centres throughout the UK. In addition you will be integral to the ongoing growth and development of the business as it achieves its goal of growing by one site per annum.
As part of the day to day operation, you will manage the maintenance, security and housekeeping delivery across multiple sites of 5 star serviced rooms. You will ensure timely and quality in delivery through your Site Managers visiting sites as required. You will be responsible for problem resolution as and when they occur as you will be responsible for the satisfaction of a high volume of tenants.
You will manage and deliver upon budgeted agreements, service level agreements and be part of the set up of ongoing budget delivery. You will assist in the ongoing development of business, marketing and budgeting plans to ensure that the centre continues to run as a premium location for tenants.
You will be driven to deliver outstanding customer care, always ensuring that the customer is at the forefront of your mind in delivery of every action.
This vacancy has become available as the Operations Director has been promoted, you will benefit from working directly with the Operations Director who will be able to share their wealth of experience with you as you grow and develop. Ideally, you will come from a background in accommodation management, hotel management, leisure management, care home management or be able to demonstrate the capability to manage multi occupancy.
