An exciting new temporary to permanent job opportunity to join an expanding team and company. This Client is based in Warwickshire on a Business Park with ample parking.
Your new role
In this new job you will be responsible for inbound calls, assisting customers with queries, investigating and resolving complaints, making customer service calls and liaising with other departments.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role you you will need to have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), be able to work well under pressure as you are handling high volume calls, ability to solve problems, excellent negotiation skills, organised, be able to multitask, good attention to detail, be flexible as the role involves shift work (8am to 8pm) Monday to Sunday and for this role you must be able to drive due to location.
