Your new company
A large Facilities Management organisation and FTSE 250 business based in Redditch. The organisation manage national maintenance contracts for a number of government and significant blue chip clients within multiple sectors.
The organisation are moving to relocate to a brand new GBP50m office in Birmingham Business Park early 2018. They are offering candidates the opportunity to join them on a temporary to permanent basis.
Your new role
The organisation have a number of opportunities within both Customer Service and the Engineering helpdesk. Within the Customer Service role you will be the first point of contact for assistance and support to the client.
The helpdesk role will involve assisting with the coordination of engineers using the CAFM system in relation to the reactive maintenance.
There are a number of roles available:
1. Full time (core hours Days - 7am - 7pm Mon - Fri)
2. Out of hours (Evenings 7pm - 7am Mon - Fri)
3. Weekends (Saturday & Sunday 7am - 7pm)
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be customer facing and be available for an immediate start. You will need to drive to get to the offices in Redditch so it is essential that you have access to a vehicle.
What you'll get in return
Dependent on the role, you will receive from GBP9 - GBP12.30 per hour. You will also have the opportunity to join a FTSE 250 business at an exciting time prior to their office move.
