Do you have a unique combination of theatre/film-based technical skills, a broad range of advanced IT skills, administrative experience and a genuine passion for the arts? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant to the Operations Manager at Number 8, a thriving arts centre in the heart of Worcestershire.
The main focus of the role is to support the work of the Operations Manager, including providing specialist technical support for programmed events and activities, assisting with the building operation, maintenance and safety of the facilities, providing IT and communications support to staff and helping to maintain an excellent customer experience for visitors to Number 8.
We offer a vibrant programme of film, music, theatre, dance, live events, creative courses and exhibitions, and are managed by a small team of paid staff and over 200 volunteers. This is a newly created role and provides an outstanding opportunity to make a major contribution to the ongoing success of this popular venue.
Full time, 40 hours per week
