A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Tenant Liaison Officer to join a large property services company in Tamworth.

The main purpose of the role is to build, maintain and engage with the customers and clients to optimise the service and reputation. To ensure that any complaints and issues are resolved effectively and efficiently. To drive continuous improvement in relation to the service provided.

Main duties

*Providing support and information to customers during any repairs and maintenance activity as appropriate.
*Liaise with site management, operatives, the clients and the customers.
*Maintenance and correlation of all records, files and incoming documents that relate to the Customer Service function.
*Creating tenant profiles and undertaking home surveys before work commencement.
*Use computerised internal and external call handling systems to effectively deal with all levels of customer calls.
*Use internal and external systems to record and measure divisional KPIs, producing reports on a regular and ad hoc basis.
*Liaise with the Planners to ensure that jobs are allocated effectively and efficiently
*To respond to verbal and written enquiries, which will include interaction with the client, sub-contractors and internal teams.
