Sous Chef Abu Dhabi
My client has a requirement for lead chefs to work for 14 days at an event in the U.A.E. from 6th of October.
Applicants should have at least 2 years experience at Sous Chef or Head Chef level - ideally gained in a large scale events, banqueting or an outside catering environment. Applicants may however have gained their experience in a hotel environment and have contract (relief) experience in stadiums as a match day chef. Above all it is desirable that applicants have a positive and calm temperament, work well under pressure and are reliable.
The rates of pay for this role depend on skills and experience and are between £140 and £180 per day. You will be on site before and after the event (for build, dry run, operations and breakdown) so a number of the days will be 8 hours or less, some, during the event will be longer than 8 hours.
