The Role: The successful Area Sales Manager will be selling into the foodservice sector, dealing with Horeca customers and specialist distributors. You will be developing new customers as well as looking after existing accounts, managing a well performing patch which still has potential to grow by speaking to catering managers, buyers, chefs and business owners. A full company induction and product training course is on offer to the new Area Sales Manager here as well as ongoing prospects to move into a senior management position.

The Company: Our client is a £multi million global manufacturer of white goods. Established for over 100 years in the UK, they are renowned for innovation. The family owned attitude of this Blue Chip has resulted in the organisation building very strong relationships with the major retailers and ultimately receiving high brand loyalty from consumers. They now seek a new Area Sales Manager in the Midlands to join their team.

For this Area Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Field sales experience
  • You must have a track record of selling into the foodservice or Horeca sector
  • Sales of food, capital equipment, consumables, ventilation or air-con are all relevant
  • Dynamic and innovative candidates who are commercially astute are sought
