Customer Service Advisor
With opportunities for immediate starts, you will be working at a company that looks after it's employees you will be responsible for managing sensitive natured client contact via different mediums including telephone and email. You will ensure the smooth running of the booking offering information as required to ensure that everything is dealt with as professionally as possible.
Previous experience within a contact centre is preferred but not essential so long as you possess outstanding levels of empathy. You will ensure the accuracy of data records as well as written communications are always of the highest level and reflect upon your excellent service skills.
You will be rewarded with a salary pro rata of £15,206 working hours from 16 to 28 hours per week. Working hours are on a rotational basis between 09:00 and 19:00 Monday to Friday and include Saturday working between 09:00-16:00. There are a number of different shift patterns on offer which ensure that you have a fair balance in the hours that you are working. (Shifts are detailed below)

15.5 hrs - 15:00 - 18:00 Monday, 15:00 - 19:00 Wednesday, 15:00 - 18:00 Thursday, Friday and alternate Sunday 09:30 - 14:30.
17 hrs - 16:00 - 21:00 Monday to Wednesday, Alternate Saturday 09:00 - 13:00
19 hrs - 16:00 - 21:00 Thursday & Friday, Saturday 08:30 - 18:00
