Outbound Telemarketing Staff - IT Solutions
Two experienced Telemarketing Executives required to make outbound calls to target companies in support of global marketing campaigns.
These are new permanent roles with a global IT solutions organisation, based in Coventry, close to the M.6 motorway. Competitive salary plus commission and benefits are offered.
This role involves making a high volume of outbound calls to deliver qualified leads to the new business sales team in order to drive revenue for the company.
Working closely with sales teams, you will be required to deliver qualified leads to ensure that the sales pipeline has a continuous feed of new opportunities and that the quality and quantity of opportunities, motivated by marketing campaigns, is maintained to reach our own KPI’s as well as sales and company growth targets.
- To create qualified leads through proactive outbound calling activity and have sufficient experience and techniques to ensure that the department's targets are achieved.
- To work with the with sales team to ensure that 100% of all sales leads are followed-up to ensure that leads are progressed efficiently.
- Drive high value opportunities. Ensure that sufficient quantitative and qualitative research has been completed with prospects to drive higher value sales conversations and lead generation.
- Understand Salesforce CRM system and work to make sure that the system delivers qualified sales leads in a timely fashion to the sales database.
- Understand database marketing to define and deliver campaign based calling activity.
Suitable candidates must have:
- Sales,Telemarketing or Marketing qualifications or extensive history in outbound telemarketing / sales in leu of qualification
- Technical Competencies - experience and knowledge of the IT solutions industry
- Demonstrable industry experience or proven tele-marketing achievements in a related industry
- Experience of lead generation campaigns, measurement, targeting and lead process management
