We are currently recruiting in our Milk & Ingredients Marketing Team for a Marketing Manager. We are looking for individuals with excellent customer and business focus that are looking to further develop their career with a leading FMCG organisation. The role involves working in a fast paced environment and is focused on delivering improvement and drive within the business environment by demonstrating a proactive approach to identify and deliver customer requirements within a specific timescale.

Müller UK & Ireland comprises of two distinct business units: Müller Yogurt & Desserts and Müller Milk & Ingredients (10 dairies & 70 depots nationwide, making us the 13th largest dairy business in the world by milk intake). Muller has brand building expertise and an extensive track record of growth and innovation within the flavoured milk market. That means that we are very well placed to invest in innovation and branding to further enhance Frijj's performance as the leading brand in its category.

The role

Your key responsibilities will be to:

* Complex stakeholder management including deputy for controllers at PEP [innovation process] and BOP [business planning process] in the UK, also including managing the board directly with key projects.
* Leading the development of the 3 year plan for portfolio
* Overseeing delivery and compliance of all projects across their perimeter of responsibility
* Cross brand Mega shoot project leader with support from Marketing Controller
* Preparing and developing brand plans:
- Leading the media planning process
- Developing brand marketing plans to capitalise on clear opportunities or threats using data analysis
- Implementing, and monitoring assigned brand marketing plans to achieve sales and profit objectives.
- Developing creative and communications briefs in line with core priorities
- Managing the implementation & delivery of agreed creative executions
- Managing budget and expenditure priorities on the brand with brand manager/ABM
- Leading and project managing concept development and NPD programmes
- Setting the clear brand agenda with the sales team and running brand commercial meetings for marketing sections
* Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to ensure full communication and success of marketing plans
* Monitor the overall brand performance including profit, external brand consumer metrics and factory sales performance to make informed recommendations
* Coaching, management and development of ABM reports
* Leading the 'consumer is boss' approach within the brand team.

Key skills & experience

* Hold a degree level or equivalent qualification (2:1 or above)
* Experience in an FMCG Marketing function covering all key aspects of Marketing
* Managerial experience
* Strong project management skills, to be able to prioritise time and workload and be able to multitask in a pressurized environment.
* Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to be clear and concise in all forms of written and verbal communication, confident in dealing with all levels of personnel.
* Proactive and challenging, showing boundless curiosity.
* Highly self motivated, with a positive can do attitude
* Strong team player
* Expert balance behind process and entrepreneurial spirit.
* Exceptional leadership, analytical thinking, ability to encourage and embrace change, collaboration.
