An established world leader in their field are recruiting for a Data and Information Services Developer.

Job Role:
Using the data generated from energy assets and integrating it with other data sources such as environmental data, fleet data, outage reports, we are able to gain powerful insights that are used to develop customised service solutions designed specifically to meet customer's needs... whether it is increased efficiency, reliability, flexibility, availability or all of the above. Data is also widely used to drive efficient business decisions and achieve optimum business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
*Assist and/or manage digitisation project for data management and reporting, including: Design and documentation of software, application and reports
*Coding, unit testing and integration
*Design Reporting System Architecture & Enterprise Data Repository
*Assist with data management activities and BAU
*Participating in review process
*Taking part in the complete product life-cycle
*Producing high quality deliverables
*Conforming to company processes, quality standards and guidelines
*Interfacing and cooperating with international stakeholders

Person Specification:
*Knowledge of a programming language like JavaScript, Java, C#, Python
*Knowledge of BI tool development QlikView, knowledge of QlikSense or Tableau
*Ability to use Database management MSSQL, Oracle
*Knowledge of modern software development concepts like Agile
*Good social skills when it comes to work in global teams or present ideas and concepts to other stakeholders
*Ability to understand and rapidly adapt to our established processes.
*Excellent team player with the ability to work independently.
*Broad outlook combined with analytical mind-set: ability to make logical connections and understand the big picture quickly, as well as having a critical eye for data-driven improvements.
*Proactive, well-organised and result-oriented approach combined with an ability to communicate clearly and efficiently.
*Genuine interest in data, information, emerging digital trends and their impact on the society and business development.
*Any prior knowledge / experience in the foundations of Project Management, Data & Information technology or Data Analytics will be an advantage.
*An academic degree in Information Science, Engineering or a related field advantageous
