Client Reporting Manager
Client Reporting Manager required for a permanent role in Birmingham City Centre. Working within a prestigious financial services business, your main responsibilities will be to lead and motivate a team of 5 Client Reporting Co-ordinators; ensuring reports are raised in a timely manner to meet the requirements of the clients and to manage any changes (i.e. developments to their reports, be it stylistic or regulatory). You will also be required to manage the budget on the team, ensuring that print houses are charging in line with the contracts and reconcile invoices to ensure costs are correct, therefore a commercial awareness is a must. As well as managing the team, you will regularly liaise with clients to understand their report needs and manage their expectations to ensure they are receiving the best level of service.
The ideal candidate will have experience within financial services and a proven team leader. You need to be able to lead and motivate a team and be able to get the most out of individuals. Previous experience within financial services, banking or wealth management is desirable although not essential. You must be a good technically and can confidentially use Excel.
