The role

With beautiful bright offices, and set in a beautiful spot in Warwickshire, this fully integrated marketing agency has gone from strength to strength throughout the years, picking up a superb selection of clients and awards along the way! Due to increased business, they are looking to make a key appointment within the agency and are on the lookout for a Senior Account Manager, or Account Director, who is powered by creativity. Working with a selection of prestigious clients, who are mostly, though not exclusively, from the automotive and retail sectors, you'll be taking the lead on clients marketing and advertising strategies, coordinating the resources that are necessary to service the array of projects the agency works on, and ensuring that projects are delivered to schedule and budgets. Although you'll be taking a hands-on approach, you'll also be leading, inspiring, and mentoring a team of account executives and account managers, ensuring that they provide a first class service to their clients on a day-to-day basis, and are on track with the projects that they are set. In addition, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business accounts forward for both the agency and its clients.

What we're looking for

If you thrive in a busy environment which boasts a fast turnaround of work, then you are the exact person that this agency is looking for! Ideally, this opportunity would suit a Senior Account Manager who is looking to make the move to Account Director, or an Account Director who is looking to add value to a flourishing agency. Experience of handling large budget accounts, preferably within the automotive or retail sector, would be hugely advantageous, although experience of managing consumer brands would also go down a treat too! It's essential that you can effectively demonstrate and present your thoughts and ways of working, are confident when presenting ideas and initiatives, can implement strategies with ease, and have the skills in place to effectively manage a project throughout its entire lifecycle. Above all else, it's important that this agency find a candidate who fits into the team seamlessly - so as a person you should be a natural leader who is bubbling with creative ideas, is organised, and a team player.

What's on offer?

This is certainly an agency to keep your eye on, as they're experiencing some great success and growing as a result! Salary wise, our client is looking to offer a salary of around £35,000 - £45,000 but this is, of course, dependant on your experience.
