Our client, based in Tamworth, is looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join their team.
Duties will include:
- Using the in-house Database to update information and setting up events
- Accurately maintaining and modifying electronic and paper records under the data protection act
- Responding to verbal and written enquiries and complaints
- Assisting with marketing material
- Attendance and contribution to team meetings
- Processing payments
The ideal candidate will be PC literate with excellent communication skills and proven administration experience. Experience of database management is advantageous and you must be able to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, self-motivation and initiative.
