Interim HR Business Partner
Your new role
Working for a large public sector organisation based in Wolverhampton, your role will be to drive performance improvements across the organisation by providing proactive, expert HR advice to designated areas of the business and developing HR solutions which deliver strategic objectives. You will be supporting specific business units to deliver their people strategy.
Alongside this you will be using all of your generalist experience to help guide line managers through complete employee relations cases.
This is a fixed term contract, initially for 3 months. Interviews are being arranged as soon as suitable applicants are identified.
