A market leading provider of services for adults and children with learning disabilities, mental ill health, acquired brain injury and for older people including people with dementia.

Looking for an experienced supported living manager for two new sites across the west midlands.

To be considered for this role you must me enthusiastic, motivated, resilient and a proven history of supporting people.

It is essential that you have the following:

1) Professional qualification in Social Work, Nursing or Occupational Therapy or NVQ level 4 / Level 5 leadership and Management
2) 4 years post qualification paid or experience in mental health or leaning disabilities with 2 of these multi disciplinary and agency working.
3) Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
4) Experience in working with challenging behaviour and developing behavioural strategies.
