A Client Onboarding Key Operating Procedures Specialist is required by a leading investment bank to provide quality support and assistance to Client Onboarding (COB) production teams and other key functional and business stakeholders in relation to KYC and Regulatory Standards and training.

The main responsibilities of the role include

- Working in partnership with AFC Compliance, CDS Operations, Tax Operations, Group Tax, the Responsible Office for Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA)/ Common Reporting Standards (CRS) and the wider Business to develop and maintain a Client Onboarding Key Operating Procedure encompassing both KYC and Regulatory standards
- Reviewing new policy guidance and performing impact assessment across the Client Onboarding Key Operating Procedure
- Assisting the client onboarding function in their understanding of the KYC and Regulatory standards, including query management, resolution and tracking
- Maintaining awareness of compliance with policy and procedure as it relates to all departmental activity
- Ensuring that key process and risk indicators, controls, service levels are adhered to as well as creating a strong culture of risk mitigation and management

You will have a background in KYC and will ideally have experience of writing or interpreting procedures. Any previous experience of identifying process efficiencies and suggesting improvements would be advantageous. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
