Do you have experience in leading and managing a team?

Our highly established client based in Kenilworth, Coventry are recruiting for Call Centre Team Managers to join their team on a permanent basis due to expansion and growth in business.

Duties Include:

  • Managing a team and providing support
  • Setting and meeting targets
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Assisting with coaching and development to maximise performance
  • Motivating the team to to achieve targets
  • Providing support and assistance for the team to help develop skills and knowledge
  • Taking ownership of the team
  • Working closely with other managers
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in managing and leading a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to prioritise work load
  • Working in a fast pace environment


37.5 hours a week between the hour of 8am-8pm including weekends on a rota basis


£25,000 Per Annum
