Customer Service Advisor - Temporary
Our client, a recognised global leader within their industry has released an exciting opportunity for experienced and driven Customer Service Assistants to join their busy team at their Corporate Head Office based in the Midlands on a temporary basis.
You will need proven experience as customer service advisor who can achieve targets set in a timely and professional manner.
Duties will include
- Dealing with queries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Working to targets and deadlines.
- Keeping managers and team leaders updated of all activity.
- Escalating calls to the appropriate department.
The ideal candidates will have the experience of working within a similar environment and have a proven track record of problem solving, the ability to work independently or in a team whilst delivering fast results together with an exacting attention to detail.
This department will operate Monday to Saturday 8.00am to 8.00pmand Sunday 8.00am to 4.00pm. The successful candidate will work a 40 hour week with hours being spread on a rota basis across the department opening times. Candidates must be able to commit to working within the department opening times.
