To assist the Catering Manager with the day-to-day running of the Catering Department ensuring high operational standards at all times, working 6 days per week with meal breaks and rest breaks at times specified by your line manager. The day off will be on a rota produced by the Catering Manager and may not be the same day each week. You will be required to work 48 hours per week on split shifts.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to assist and run the catering department and travel to the other adventure centres around the UK, Scotland, Wales and France.
