Internal Sales Executive
Our client, a Market Leading Company based in Cannock, providing Management Software Solutions to the Hair, Spa, Beauty and Wellness industries, is looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive.
Having enjoyed 40% growth over the last 3 years and expanding into a new Head Office, they are now looking to enhance their Internal Sales Team.
Duties will include:
- Generate appointments for Sales Consultants to sell the range of software products
- Communicate with customers in a clear, professional and articulate manner, mainly by telephone but also via electronic correspondence
- Maintain contact with both existing and new prospect customers, using our CRM
- Candidates will need to be able to call to volumes of 100 to 120 calls a day with the majority being cold calls
- 90% of the position will be cold calling candidates must have previous experience of this
- To be target to email response and turnaround in relation to the response at around 80-90 per day
- Book appointments at levels of on average 50 plus per week
The successful candidate will have previous sales experience and must be able to understand, develop and establish the needs of potential customers. You must have the ability to influence, convince and build effective rapport with new and existing customers and operate as part of a larger team.
