Call Centre Agent
My Client is looking for dedicated individuals to work in their professional Customer Service Team. It is a fantastic and well-known company to work for where hard work is recognised with excellent rates of pay and company benefits for permanent employees.
As the Call Centre Agent you will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming calls from customers with questions and queries
- Providing a support and good customer service at all times
- Passing calls through to the correct departments
- Working to KPI's
As the Customer Service Executive you will:
- Be available to start work immediately
- Be computer literate
- Possess previous office based Customer Service or Call Centre experience
In return the Customer Service Executive will receive a basic salary of GBP8.50 per hour.
