CRM Manager

My client are looking for a customer service oriented CRM Manager to lead their CRM in an efficient and accurate manner to meet or exceed the expanding and changing needs of the business.

Guiding the UK CRM team, the role will provide a support function to internal customers, CRM system users along with the daily operation and development of specific aspects of the Sugar CRM instance and associated processes.


The CRM process owner role is a hands-on role requiring the successful candidate to have a good understanding of general administration tasks in relation to the CRM System (Sugar CRM), management of CRM program to achieve enhanced customer acquisition. To manage internal processes and respond to end-user queries in relation to the CRM system. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage a virtual team, provide training and be able to deliver to a range of agreed CRM objectives.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

- Managing a team of 4
- Lead the team to deliver exceptional service,
- CRM Administration/System experience
- Ideally experience in SugarCRM or other CRM products.
- Manage, enhance and monitor customer relationship building through the CRM team
- Drive the CRM on-boarding process
- Communicate regularly with the CRM user base to inform them about changes/improvements.
- Provide training for a range of different users
- Maintain and communicate system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity
- Writing and producing reports from the CRM system for end-users and the business upon request to support CRM activities.
- Gathering and tracking/escalating CRM system change requests
