Team Leader role - £24k / £13.33 per hour

37.5 hours per week - between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday with flexibility to work weekends

Immediate start

To supervise and support the customer service team to make sure they achieve all KPI's and targets

Strong leadership skills required

Daytime Customer Service role - £17-19k / £8.72 - £9.74 per hour

37.5 hours per week - between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday with flexibility to work weekends

Immediate start

Answering inbound customer service calls - managing customer expectations professionally and effectively

Liaising with internal departments to resolve and own a solution end to end

Accurately documenting the calls on the internal CRM system

Evenings Customer Service role - £24k pro-rated / £10.48 per hour

40 hours per week, 10 per evening - between 7pm and 7am 4 days per week, 4 days on and 4 days off

Immediate start

Answering inbound customer service calls - managing customer expectations professionally and effectively

Liaising with internal departments to resolve and own a solution end to end

Accurately documenting the calls on the internal CRM system

Immediate start for all roles

12 week temporary to permanent basis

OR long term temporary basis - minimum of six months
