To maintain all assets, ensuring statutory compliance and the efficient operation of the centre. The post holder will be required to work on day shift and when required, across a mixed portfolio of contracts, you'll be self motivated whilst being a team player.

Responsibilities

  • To perform all maintenance tasks in accordance with the statutory regulations from instructions received or PDA tasks given
  • To take primary responsibilities on a day to day basis (whilst reporting to the Supervisor) for all aspects of but not limited to, maintenance regime, reactive, PPM, compliance and general upkeep
  • As a a Multi Skilled Engineer you must have previous experience of electrical, mechanical and air conditioning maintenance.
  • Ensure high standards of professionalism at all times ensuring the right service is delivered to the client and to meet the requirements of the contract
  • Demonstrate control regarding sub-contractors undertaking PPM within designated areas as is applicable
  • Ensure work is carried out to the highest standards of health and safety with regards to themselves and that of others by following the company procedures at all times
  • To utilise centre PDA system
  • Ensure the correct Personal Protective Equipment is correctly worn at all times
  • Responsible for maintaining their work space/shop in a safe and effective manner
  • To be flexible and a willing team player in order to assist with the delivery of other services or areas as required
  • To carry out all operations effectively and with due regard to your own health and safety and the safety of members of the public
  • Ensure adherence to legislation e.g. COSHH, Working at height, HVCA specification and 17th edition Electrical regulations
  • To maintain excellent customer service with your colleagues and centre tenants at all times
  • Be prepared to receive and undertake further training as required by the centre
  • Adhere to all policies for example the procedure for booking annual leave
  • Any other duties which may from time to time be required by the Operations Manager or Line Manager
  • Must be willing to accept further training, as required, to extend their range of skills to suit on site requirements which can change from time to time

Knowledge skills & experience

  • Good Communication with colleagues which promotes team working
  • Relevant trade qualifications i.e. 17th Edition
  • A demonstrable track record in a similar environment and previous experience in a similar role
  • F-Gas Certification
  • You must have experience of electrical and air conditioning maintenance
