PA - 9 Month Contract
This 9 month fixed term contract will be starting in October 2017, located in the centre of Birmingham I am looking for an experienced PA / EA / Project Administrator who has experience working in the Construction Industry.
- Full PA support including diary and secretarial support for Director and Senior Management Team
- Attend meetings, collation of papers, property board reports, minute taking
- Formatting documents reports, letters, presentation, expense reporting
- Raising invoices, credit notes and signing off invoices
- Project support administration
Working in fantastic offices for a well established and long standing company. Hours of work 9am -5pm Monday - Friday. Good IT skills are essential.
