TCS is currently recruiting for our 2017 Graduate Programme. As part of our Graduate Programme we are hiring a Graduate SAP Support Analyst to support & help with the implemention of the SAP EWM or PP Moodule. As a Graduate SAP Support Analyst your role would be to: Experience with ITIL methodologies Providing 3rd Level Support Contribute to build and functional SAP activities Creating and updating relevant documentation such as Functional and Design Specifications Analysis and resolution of incoming Incidents and Service Requests Perform and assist with root cause analysis of incidents Engage with 3rd party vendors who are providing services Work along with technical teams, and customer business units to understand users' requirements Update knowledge management procedures and handbooks Maintain accurate recording of support activities undertaken with the support calls logging Remedy system Communicate status and update of calls and issues effectively at all levels and during Technical calls Keep up to date with SAP capabilities with in area of expertise Technical Skills : Detailed and proven experience with any of SAP Modules EWM or PP SAP Customizing / Configuration experience with experience in EWM or PP processes Knowledge of SAP ABAP Working experience with Remedy ticketing system What we require from the candidates for Graduate SAP Support Analyst: Customer orientation and being proactive Able to work under pressure in an organized and efficient way Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks Good interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with internal and external customers
