Customer Service/Account Manager
My client is a premier packaging supplier in the UK providing expertise in the design and distribution of bespoke packaging solutions,
They are currently recruiting for a senior Customer Service/Account Manager to join a dynamic team in an exciting, employee-owned organisation. The position is office based working as part of an internal team to provide central support for our external account managers.
They are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic person. The candidate must:
- Be highly motivated and have a hunger to succeed
- Ability to self-manage and plan effectively
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Have the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Must come from a product sales background.
Must have key account management experience (internal)
Be a flexible and supportive member of the team
Be commercially minded
Strong negotiation skills
Demonstrate strong mathematics and numeracy
Demonstrate competent practical Microsoft excel skills (Navigation, formatting, basic formula)
Manage a healthy workload and maintain focus and organisation
An ethical approach to business and relationship building
Be outgoing, positive and have excellent communication skills, particularly on the telephone.
