Role Description:

Bridge Recruitment has been appointed by a Global Facilities Management provider to identify an experienced Solutions Director to proactively win new business opportunities for the Front of House Service division.

Duties:

Develop a pipeline of qualified opportunities and maintain strong relationships with new potential customers, targeting the Front of House market
Maintain and update pipelines in conjunction with the senior management team through the CRM
Analyse client requirements and drivers, competitor strengths and weaknesses to target effectively
Develop, agree and sign off the NOSE as an integral part of each bid
Set up and conduct opportunity assessment meetings, resource and project manage the proposal / bid process in alignment with agreed procedures, developing matrix of owners, completion dates and customer requirements
Support renewals and major expansions with existing customers as required
Take overall responsibility for the bid commercial and solution strategy, prioritisation, and allocation of resources
Define proposal deliverables to develop, agree and sign off as an integral part of each bid
Prepare and submit winning commercial solutions, bid proposals and presentations to both internal and external audiences
Complete, submit and update when necessary CRM and CRAM, prepare sign of documentation at all levels and ensure all risk factors have been reviewed and agreed
Close bids to deliver growth targets with the support of the Senior Commercial Directors, Senior Executives and operational teams’
Provide signed contracts or letters of intent together with proposal & VP documentation to support a smooth handover to transition management, purchasing and operational teams’
Liaise with global counterparts to share ideas and proposal concepts (Share best practice with the rest of the team etc.)
