SF Group are currently looking for an Administrator to work on a temporary ongoing contract for a company based in the Coventry.
Applicants must have previous office administration experience and someone with good computer skills is very much desirable.
Responsibilities will include:
- Data Entry
- Answering phone calls and making calls (no cold calls)
- MS Office - word and excel
- Typing quotes up
- Dealing with incoming customer queries
- Scanning, copying, organising filing
- Processing sales orders
- Problem solving
- Updating customer spread sheets
- Someone with good communication skills
- Experience in working in a busy office
- Confident individual
- Fantastic admin skills
- A hard worker who is fully committed
Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week
