Your new company
Our client is a transportation organisation based in Birmingham City centre. Due to a large project in the Human Resources (HR) department, we are currently seeking an Administrator on a temporary basis.
Your new role
As a temp Administrator, you will be assisting the HR team with processing variation of employment terms and conditions, processing leavers, family friendly policy processing and processing changes to personal details. Furthermore, you will ensure paperwork is processed and new information is recorded. You will be included in writing reports and preparing packs of documents and information on the databases used internally. You will also be responsible for health and safety information, including incidents and accidents in to databases and reporting them to the external agencies where necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have previous HR and Health and Safety administration experience. You will have a keen eye for detail and strong English and grammar skills. Furthermore, the ability to work flexibly and multitask is essential. You will be joining a team of hard workers and so the successful candidate will be happy

You will receive a competitive hourly rate, with a weekly payment. During this assignment you will also accrue holiday pay.
