Project Manager - Social Housing (Decent Homes & Capital Works)
My client is a leading contractor operating within the Reactive / Response Maintenance and Social Housing (Decent Homes) markets. Due to continued expansions, they currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join their West Midlands Team.
You will be responsible for delivering the internal and external refurbishment program to tenanted properties as well as overseeing and managing a team of site managers, supervisors and resident liaison officers.
You will also be responsible for delivering the project on time and within budget whilst ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to at all times.
- Demonstrable experience with a major housing contractor in operations, project or contract management, delivering large scale refurbishment contracts.
- Strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of Construction H&S regulations
- Experience of decent homes or social housing
- Experience of managing large teams
- Full (UK) Driving Licence
