Service Desk Analyst role in Birmingham Your new company A successful organisation based in central Birmingham are looking to expand their Service desk team. You will be joining a high achieving and structured IT team, and will provide 1st Line support across their Birmingham site. Your new role Your main duties will consist of providing 1st Line Support and a high level of customer service This will be telephone based within the Helpdesk team You will aim to provide general IT fixes supporting Microsoft Office suite applications, Adobe, video conferencing etc. You will escalate as appropriate to 2nd Line/Infrastructure Engineers. What you'll need to succeed You will have a degree or qualifications within IT Ideally you will have a good working knowledge of providing support within a Microsoft based operating system environment. You will come from a customer service background. You will have excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written.
